There are thousands of families, where old parents are living alone unaware of their health performance. And it is the responsibility of their children to offer home health care services ensuring parent’s good health. If you are a heavy smoker, then follow an ideal smoke quitting practice. Smoking is injurious to your heath and may lead to angina, a sort of heart attack. So it is best to give it up with all your heart.
